Android 2 din radio with Dashcam

Hi, i'm looking for a Android 2 din radio combined with a dashcam. I will put it in my 2013 VW Caddy. So a VW prepared model radio is prefered.

I see a lot of types Android radio, but only a few combined with a dashcam. But also separately sold dashcames which can be connected to an Android radio.
Will these wit with every model radio ?

Also i'm thinking of adding an external harddisk to the radio which saves the Dashcam files. Is this possible ?
