Android doesn't work but iPhone does, same version of app?

Android version 1.89 on Nexus 6P when pushing wifi button starts to connect but comes right back at the home screen. shut off wifi and turn on iphone and wifi with version 1.524 and it works fine. Anyone have a similar issue and found a way to make android work again? It did work for a long time. perhaps the last app upgrade or firmware upgrade?

I had problems too with the wifi. I had to upgrade my firmware to the latest version and download the cloud app instead. For the 650 2ch dash cam.
