App crashes a lot - a229 plus with Iphone

Anyone else having issues with the app crashing? After turning on wifi I can select the camera in my phone's wifi settings (iphone 13 mini latest iOS). After opening the viofo app, after selecting "connect to camera", the app crashed most of the time.

Is anyone else having this issues or knows of a solution? Thanks in advance!

I am using a wireless Carplay adapter which will not allow the Viofo to connect using 5G. Only solution has been to unplug the Carplay adapter, then start the Viofo app which runs properly and transfers files to my iPhone at high speed. But I have to remember to replug in the adapter after using the Viofro app. Check other tech for wireless incompatibility. Good luck!
