Are there any cheap dashcams that have the ability to take still pictures at intervals?

I'm driving across country NH to CA and want to create a time lapse. Video would take up over 150gb and is excessive. I was wondering if most dash cams have the ability to take pictures at intervals. I've read that a lot can take stills such as in the event of an accident but none of them say if they can take them at intervals so I assume not but if there are any that can do that I'd love to know.

Möbius has a time lapse option in the latest firmware, might be worth checking out

the dome g90 a70 will have firmware that will add time lapse. i dont know when that firmware will be avail but its discussed in the g90 sub forum.

otherwise, you can pick up a gopro hero or sony, etc. action cam and that will solve your issue.

Yeah any of those will work - I did one by accident in the Mobius and it generated a 1.2GB timelapse file for around 2.5 hours of driving
