I currently have a backup camera installed. Looks like it is leaking from somewhere because last week after a little heavy pouring, the water condensed inside the camera and I can't see anything. So need to replace the camera. The newer one I have has a little different wiring than the current one. I will appreciate it if anyone can point me toward the right wiring/adapter to resolve it.
The current setup is exactly like the image below.
Even the current waterlogged backup camera I am using is the same.
The new backup camera I got has the following wiring. My question is about the terminal #3
I know that the yellow RCA jack is for the video but I don't know how I can accommodate black and red wire in my current setup.
The similar switch (https://www.amazon.com/gp/B07C1PT8L3) comes with an adapter (last image) that I didn't get when I bought mine (https://www.amazon.com/gp/B01N2T53ZR). Does anyone know what that adapter is called? If my understanding is correct, I could just use that adapter and solve the confusion without too much hassle.
Many thanks in advance.
