This police body cam is LONG, but shows how they guy tried to get the driver arrested but ended up with a $160.00 criminal ticket. When he realized HE was the one in trouble he wanted to have it settled with an apology!
The bicyclist is lucky he picked on a mild mannered kid, he could have easily been shot.
