Best Dash Cam for Always On Power Socket

Just purchased a vehicle that has the cigarette lighter always powered (even when car is off). Really looking for 2 features in a dash cam:

1) While plugged into the socket, camera will automatically go into parking mode when it senses no movement / no GPS movement
2) Has some sort of built in battery protection so that it doesn't kill my car battery. Ideally configurable so that it isn't set too low.

Any cams meet these 2 criteria?

Thought the Thinkware needed to be hardwired in and would only go into parking mode when the accessories are turned off. Does it go into parking mode while always getting power from the outlet?
