Hi all,
I bought a Viofo Mini 2 off amazon less than 2 months ago. I've been using a 256gb Sandisk Max Endurance for recording, and I power the camera from my car's cigarette lighter with the included power cable. After a 1200-mile driving trip I noticed that the camera had stopped recording and would display a black screen with the Viofo logo on it. I tried formatting the sd card but that didn't help. I updated to the firmware on the Viofo website and that worked for about a day, but the issue returned and that no longer works. I attached some photos of what this looks like. I tested without an SD card in the camera and it still does this weird green and black screen, so I don't think it's a problem with the SD card (plus the max endurance should be good for way more than 2 months, right?). Do I need to take it apart and re-seat the camera cable? Any advice is appreciated.
