After last software update for my A800s the unit wouldn’t open. It was stuck on the logo opening screen and no connection with the buttons. Customer support sent me a link to Google drive with files to open for how to reset the camera, but it opened as gibberish code. No help there. Is there a good old reset button on the camera?? Or any other way of connecting the unit? My computer is put to sleep so I only use iPhone and iPad these days.
