BlackSys CH-100B 3 Recording Modes

Can someone please explain to me the 3 different recording modes this camera has. It doesn't explain how they work in the manual at all (always, motion, event). What is the difference between all of them? I plan on using my dashcam 100% in park mode only. Should I leave it 100% in event?
