Blackvue Cloud - Login already in use?

Just tried to log into my camera (cloud)and I was logged out and it said my login is was already in use?
I just upgraded my free account yesterday.
I had to log back in.
 
Normally that happens if you logged in to the account on a different device before that. For example if you are using the app on an iPhone, but previously logged in via the PC app.

But I have had that happen on a handful of occasions while I was in the middle of using the app. I just restarted the app in that case, didn't have to log back in. The usual lack of QC from blackvue.
 
I only have 1 device. My iPad. My phone is a flip phone.
I use Linux Mint. I do not have the computer app.
 
I figured it out.
If you are logged into their website it will be in conflict with the IOS App.
