BlackVue.com no longer ship to the UK

Unfortunately BlackVue.com no longer deliver to the United Kingdom.

That's all they have confirmed to me so far, they've not given any reason for this.

They've also updated their website with a list of countries they do deliver to (United Kingdom is no longer listed).



That is very sad news and I will no longer be a customer of theirs.

It's not acceptable to be limited to inflated UK resellers (no offence to other country resellers that offer reasonable prices). UK resellers charge extremely excessive rates and also very delayed releases.
For example; BlackVue.co.uk prices
£629.95 for BlackVue DR970X Plus box version 64GB (868.04 USD)
£769.95 for BlackVue DR970X Plus box version 265GB (1061.07 USD)
£529.95 for BlackVue DR970X Plus (1st version) 64GB (730.23 USD)
£529.95 for BlackVue DR970X Plus (1st version) 256GB (868.04 USD)

These are old models but still way overpriced compared to BlackVue.com direct.

I suspect it is in part, due to UK consumer protection laws, they were very 'prickly' about me returning an Elite 9 but accepted that I had the right to do so as it did not meet expectations - i.e. very poor to no GPS lock.
