BlackVue Sport

Hi all!

I received the BlackVue Sport several years ago, it was BlackVue's forray into the action camera market. Definitely a very nice action camera for the time. However, I cannot find any source of replacement batteries for it. Any ideas? I've contacted the company and they do not respond, nor is the camera still listed on their website.

Have you tried cs@pittasoft.com. I've found them very quick and helpful with my queries.

I don't know what the time difference is with the US and Korea, but they are probably closed for the weekend. Also worth checking for Korean holidays.

Sadly, they have only stated that they don't support the camera anymore. They aren't offering any other information on the battery or where to possibly get replacements.

I tracked down the original company behind the battery, Yoku Energy Limited and have attempted to contact them.
I also bought the closest looking battery I could find online. The notches are basically opposite of the common GoPro batteries. Sadly, it didn't work.

The BlackVue Sport is a great camera. I've filmed a bunch of fantastic videos with it. I would hate to see it stop being used just because I can't find replacement batteries. Sigh.

It's funny Pittasoft won't help out, because suposedly they do sell some replacement ones in Korea:

The total price for either of those is over $30, silly for a battery.

Anyone have any other ideas?
