Seems there are several menus on these cameras. Vicky from Blueskysea told me there was a setting called Screen Saver but on my unit. bought earlier this month there is no such item. After hours of frustration I discovered that the Setting "Frequency" is the key and there is an "OFF" Setting there to allow the camera to be seen all the time on the unit so it will not revert to a Screen Saver showing only the speed. Hope this helps others who are having the same problem.
