It seems to be written using Chinese wording! It is one dashcam, with three separate lenses, one in the main unit, and the other two in separate cases.

No, all the data is stored on the one card, in the main unit, mounted on the windscreen.
 
So the single camera with different lenses would manage to catch decent footage of the rear of the car? I thought there is a camera that actually gets mounted at the rear glass too
 
Ignore, found a video that shows how a cable connected between the lens and main housing works

When I click on the bundles option and choose the most expensive, it includes only (1) 512gb card. Wouldn't I need 3 cards for 3 cameras?
