Camera not switching out of parking mode

So randomly my camera will not switch to regular mode when the car gets turned on. I’ll start the car but the rec light will keep blinking until I disconnect and reconnect the camera. Then it turns on like normal. I’ve tried different parking modes (currently using low bit rate), memory cards, reformatted, different firmwares, and reset all settings multiple times. Not sure what’s going on. Any ideas?
 
I was just messing with it and it seems like the rec light is solid and then when the car turns on it blinks while it is switching over to regular mode. Seems like sometimes it gets stuck switching and just stays not recording until being unplugged.
 
Unplugging the rear camera while it was not switching out of parking mode made the camera turn on so it seems the rear camera may be the issue.
