Camera recommendation / night time video

I'm looking for a camera that has excellent night time video. Preferably one that records in 15 minute (or more) increments. I would also like one that has the option to place text (like vehicle ID) on the overlay text.

I'm looking at the Lukas 7900, the FineVu CR-500HD and the ITB 250HD.

I don't necessary 'need' wireless support, but I would like one that allows easy firmware upgrades.

Dual cameras would be nice, but not a specific requirements.

Any recommendations would be great.

In that price range, you might also want to consider the Panorama II. Firmware is being constantly updated and easy to install. I believe it doesn't (yet) have the ability to add overlay text, though... For a dual camera, I'd wait until next year for processors that allow 1080p video in the dual video feeds.
