Can I use a larger capacity MicroSD card?

I've been using a 128GB card in my mini without issue

I got this size because it was listed as the max size that could be used, but is that really true?

If I put a larger capacity sd card, will it only use up to 128 or not work at all?

I give a try with a 256Gb card. It cannot take recording even if format the card in the camera menu!

OK, I have a 128GB Samsung EVO that's in one of my other vehicles running a Mini0906 and popped it in my B1W for the last few weeks.

Works fine, but the most that will read is 72GB
