can't login with Facebook on IE?

Been having issues with chrome and decided to uninstall. I registered with my Facebook account and on IE logging in with Facebook is not am option. Is this a glitch? Only twitter account login is available.

Can I transfer my account to a normal email/password login?

I also cannot login with Firefox.

I am on my phone now with chrome mobile.
