can't slide out of the ring

I'm having a hard time sliding the cam out of the holder. I press the lock and try to push it out but it won't budge. It is suppose to slide out isn't it? is there a trick to it?

I assume you're talking about the front dashcam... normally you just push the button, and slide the dashcam out towards the left side. It should slide right out.

Sometimes the piece is stuck extremely tight - try giving it more force and to wiggle it out as well.
