Has anyone installed a Cellink Neo 9?
I can't seem to get mine to charge. I am using an unused fuse slot atm but have tried an active fuse with the same result. I have tested the fuse with a multi meter and I am getting a voltage when the engine is running. I thought maybe I had a bad ground. I found another bolt in a more awkward position that seems to be connected directly to the chassis, but still nothing.
When I power on the battery it beeps, the three lights flash and it turns off
It came with the HPC4 cable. Someone suggested that I should connect the green wire, but I don't see why that would make a difference, unless the Neo 9 is configured differently from the Neo 6. Plus from my understanding this would mean the car battery would power the Neo in the event that the Neo became flat. That would defeat the purpose of why I bought a dashcam battery in the first place.
My setup will be a Thinkware U1000 with a Cellink Neo 9 in a Honda HR-V.
