Cellink Neo and Viofo Parking Mode?

Hi I was wanting to hardwire my Viofo camera to a Cellink Neo battery then power the Cellink Neo using a cigarette lighter which is only powered when car is on. Doing it like this, will Viofo camera know when car is off to go into parking mode?

Thanks. How does the Viofo camera get signal that car is off? Just from the Cellink neo losing ability to charge once the car is off?

Right. The Neo getting or losing power is the trigger for the Neo to tell the dashcam to switch modes.
