Changing the power-up and shutdown screen image

Is there a way to change the power-up and shutdown screen images? We know that we can access the entire system via Telnet, but despite searching through all the folders, I couldn’t find any image files related to this. Does anyone know the file names, or is there a way to change them? Best.
