Cloud turns off

Hi guys. I had the BlackVue DR900X installed hard wired. A few days later I bought the CM100lte unit . Unfortunately about one minute after switching off ignition and locking the car the cloud drops out and I cans view the car live over the vodaphone network thats the sim in the cm100. Any ideas? Dash cam remains on though, correct? You've enabled Cloud in the settings and all that?

Yes mate done all that. The WiFi stops and cloud stops about a minute or two after I turn off ignition and lock car. Then there is no access via WiFi or cloud thanks Pete

Do you have parking mode enabled? If still does not work, I'd suggest a firmware reflash from https://blackvue.com/downloads

Another troubleshooting method is to bypass the CM100LTE and just use another hotspot, such as your phone, and see if the Cloud remains on. If it does, may be an issue with the CM100LTE.

Thank you I will try both. If I use my phone as a hotspot I’m guessing it won’t work in what I’m after I.e. working in Asia and checking in on my car many thanks Pete
