Cloud viewer won't play videos

BlackVue DR900X Plus-2CH, DR900S-2CH.
Cloud viewer doesn't work properly.

The cloud viewer will display Live View. It does NOT play or download videos from the camera, nor does it show any Live Event Uploads in the list.

Both viewer and camera have latest software/firmware.

I have uninstalled the viewer, reinstalled, then rebooted the PC.
I have rebooted the camera.

The camera is connected to the cloud.

The same videos recorded do play in the SD Card Viewer.

I do not use the mobile app as it is even worse than the cloud app.

Par for the course, Blackvue support is noticeable by its absence.

Thoughts please.
 
There are a number of us experiencing the same issue. All my efforts to try and fix this so far have failed. I am awaiting a response from Blackvue support too.

I saw another suggestion on here to delete the camera from the cloud and reinstall it so will try that later too.

Remove the camera from Cloud access and delete the camera from your phone app.

Then re-pair as though it's initial setup.

I wonder when (or if) Blackvue will get round to responding... :unsure:

Maybe you didn't get it was "tongue in cheek".

I think we all know how useless Blackvue support is.

Possibly folks have resolved this by now, but for clarification, I heard back from BlackVue UK (HO never respond!) who confirmed it was initially a server issue which has been rectified.
