which technical details must a hardwire kit have to be compatible with the MINI 0806 ?

Free volt input = ?
Volt / current output = ?
other parameters = ?

And which are the suggested/best hardwire kits to be used with a mini 0806 ?

DC female would also work. Note that pkvietnam's way is nice but will not work with the 0806 power cord since the side tabs are only buttons, you can't wrap it with wire. I guess you could always tape the wire to the contacts. Duck tape anyone?

yes, anything but not this one.
I have at least 2 mini 0806 die because of this. Don't buy it, don't use this.

After this, I don't want to try anything new. In fact, I give up on 0806.

With so many problems with voltage, could the real root of the problem lie with a car's ability to deliver a good steady supply of 12 volt without spikes? Seems to me some cars are just electronic killers. Not just dashcams, but all electronics. Thanks for your help
