Hello, I have a ddpai n5 dual device, I am experiencing connection problems, when my phone is connected to the car with apple car play, I cannot connect to my ddpai device from the application, I want support on this issue.

Hi there! The connection issue occurs because Apple CarPlay uses your phone’s Wi-Fi to communicate with your car, while your DDPAI N5 Dual also requires Wi-Fi to connect. Since your phone can only maintain one active Wi-Fi connection at a time, connecting to CarPlay disables the DDPAI Wi-Fi link.

🔧 Quick Fix:​

  1. 1.
    Temporarily disconnect from CarPlay:

    • Swipe down the Control Center → Tap CarPlay → Select Disconnect.
  2. 2.
    Reconnect to DDPAI:

    • Open DDPAI App → Go to SettingsWi-Fi → Select DDPAI_N5_XXXX.
  3. 3.
    Switch back to CarPlay after using DDPAI.

⚙️ Better Solution (Enable Dual-Band Wi-Fi):​

If your car supports dual-band Wi-Fi (e.g., 2.4GHz + 5GHz):


  • Set CarPlay to use 5GHz band (in car settings).

  • Connect DDPAI to 2.4GHz band (via DDPAI app → Wi-Fi Settings).

    This allows both to work simultaneously!
