And he dishonorably willfully destroyed all (or almost all) of the prints and negatives of her in his possession rather than fight a court case accusing him of distributing pornography, which even by the standards of those days he was clearly innocent of as far as Betty was concerned. You don't stop the fight when you are right but he did.
Almost unbelievably she never posed nude or in sexually suggestive poses save for a small number of private photos which had the stipulation attached that they were not to be made public. There are very few images of her to be found now where there once huge numbers. Irving Klaw both made her and destroyed her. Betty Page, like so many others whose star had faded from public favor, was ripped off through most of her life, not receiving the royalties she was legally due and she died nearly penniless, but her estate is now worth $6M and growing. Had Klaw not abandoned her she might have at least had a better life while she was here. And we'd have tons more pics.

This thread is getting such a good run over nothing. Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode. Can't wait fo the OP to follow up on something.
I am no longer able to go to my "quiet place" in my mind, so now shooting is one of a few things left that truly make me relax
Yeah, some say a pohtor looks like a cross between a buzzard, a rat and a very large lizard. They are rarely seen in the wild.New old dinosaur.
... thinking about going out to do some pohtor hunting this weekend.
What's your preferred method of cooking? Sounds like marinating in copious amounts of a good bourbon might be appropriate for a number of reasons....pohtor looks like a cross between a buzzard, a rat and a very large lizard. They are rarely seen in the wild.
