A guy on a bike gets collected from behind. Luckily it all happened at low speed. The driver lost their license for 3 months and paid a fine.

I was wondering where the 'BAR' came into it but then when I viewed it on YouTube I realised there was a typo. 😀
Driving without due care. Hope the cyclist was OK and hope he got a new bike out of it.
