Hi all, I am new to the forum, I have been wanting to install one for a long time, now I have bought a new car it seems logical to install it now.
I have been reading some post and comparison on this forum, I was going to put down a payment for a Blackvue 650 2ch until I read the advice from people who has owned Blackvue about its reliability... whats the point of getting a dashcam if it can not perform its basic function?
After reading the review and weighing the pros and cons, I really like Thinkware F750/X500 bundle, Its a bit pricey at $450 USD on Amazon, it is not the most economical but I believe in "cry once laugh forever", However, there is no Thinkware agent/importer/distributor in New Zealand, I have to buy it on the Amazon, and if its faulty then I will have to send it back and its an hassle.
The dashcam is going into a Lexus NX300h, I hope there wont be issue with the DAB antenna or the Hybrid... anyone has installed one on a Lexus? What do I get from hardwiring the F750 to the car? do I need to hardwire it at all to fully utilise its function?
Thank you for yoru time!
Albert
