Dash Cam Video, Texting & Driving

For sure.
With more cams on the roads in the western countries, i am sure we will soon discover that those russians dont have the patent on bad drivers.

I like that dumbass just flipped and ruined his own car 😛
 
Not long ago I was driving along on a two lane road near where I live and I saw a small burgundy Toyota coming from the opposite direction. It swerved slightly and this caught my attention. As our two vehicles passed each other in our opposing lanes I saw a young teenage looking girl with a cell phone held against her right ear. She had the rear view mirror tilted down so she could see herself in it and she was fussing with her hair with her left hand and looking intently at the mirror. So, neither hand on the steering wheel and not watching the road in front of or behind her vehicle. Astonishing! I felt lucky she didn't cause a head on collision. My dash cam didn't quite catch what she was doing as she passed by but I hope nothing ever happens to her or anyone else she encounters.
