Hello everyone

I heard about this topic some time ago, but now I want to ask here if someone knows this issue as well.
My dashcam (A119 Mini2) performs random actions by its own every some minutes. Mostly it protects videos by itself, but also disabling and enabling video, take photos and more. Sometimes I have just hear single "beep", sometimes voice-control disables or enables by itself, sometimes it just gives double-beeps with no end. This happens every day, sometimes often, sometimes less often, but I didn't have a single drive without random behaviour yet. G-activator is set to very low of course.

Is this a defect?

Greetings

Some of those can be attributed to the memory card. What brand and model card are you using?

It is not normal anyway, could you please submit a ticket here to get further help?

First, turn off voice control in the menu and see how the DVR behaves.

That was one of my first thoughts as well. It can sometimes be triggered by things like the radio. I was listening to a podcast this morning and my A329S triggered emergency recording based off something someone was saying.

You can also try disabling the G-sensor to get rid of the beeps when you hit a speed bump or pothole, for example.

I had voice enabled cameras take photos, in a dead quiet car, no radio playing, no angry kamkar moaning about other drivers, just a sudden shutter sound from the dashcam.
It do not worry me a whole lot as normally i would not use voice anything.

And my camera would take a picture every now and then and freeze a file.
Since the last update (V2.1_20250409) I have disabled voice commands and I format the card every 15 days and it seems to be working fine, there have been no more errors.

Thanks for all reply.
I use an "integral V30 XC I A1 128GB" Card. Voice mode is turned off (though turns on or off randomly). I had actions done in complete silence (no music, no radio, no conversation). I updated the firmware of course.
I don't know if it is an defect, as, besides random actions, it is doing a good job.
