Dashcam turns off after random amount of time (not caused by parking duration time or voltage issue)

So my T800 started acting up this weekend after working fine all last week.
After parking and turning off the car at home, it goes into parking surveillance mode after 5 minutes.
Randomly every day it has been turning off completely between an hour to 4 hours after this.
I have tried with the parking surveillance duration at the default 24 hours as well as unlimited, but so far no change.
The voltage safety is set to 12V and the battery history has never showed under about 12.5V.

Previous to this weekend, the battery voltage shows green while starting and running, then orange "flameoff" after parking and turning the car off.
I had it set to 24 hours, and after turning the car off Friday night, we did not use the car on Saturday so it went all the way to the 24 hour mark and then turned off properly.
Sunday, we drove the car and it turned on normally from the dashcam perspective, but the app no longer tracked the startup voltage or running voltage as green and then the "flameoff" period after turning it off again as orange, and every subsequent start and turn off is that same gray constant graph.
The only way I can "fix" it is to unplug the USB C from the 4G module and plug it back in after a few seconds (basically hard restarting the dashcam).
The start and turn off are then tracked green and orange properly until a random time it fully turns the dashcam off again around 1-4 hours.

When it happens the remote access no longer works.
It tries to turn the dashcam on it says but then fails once it hits 100%.
The battery monitoring continues to update voltage, and the 4G modules shows connected the entire time, so I'm not really sure what is going on.

To add to the problem, I've tried calling 70mai's support number about 10 times and it says I'm in queue then hangs up automatically after 30-40 seconds.
They're supposed to be open until 6PM PST (9PM my time), so I don't think it is that.
I did send a support request through the website, but that is not efficient.

I just tried a factory reset and will monitor it, but this is quite discouraging.
Anyone else had similar issues?

Here's a picture of the graph showing what I'm talking about with the battery voltage. Where it turns green again around 19:00 is when I unplugged and replugged the USB C then factory reset.
You can also see the night before it completely turned off around 3-4AM (the car was only turned off the night before at 11PM, so again nowhere near 24 hours).
The spikes in the gray inbetween were actual starts and running of the car, which should have been green.

I'm sorry to hear that your T800 / UP05 are not working as expected. You may have already done this, but if the T800 is running firmware below v1.2.136ww, please update the firmware to that version. If the UP05 is running firmware below 1.0.22, please update the UP05 firmware to 1.0.22.

If your T800 / UP05 are already running the latest public firmware versions, I might suggest to download the device logs from the T800 and use the "Feedback" option in the 70mai application "Settings" option to create a feedback ticket including the logs you just downloaded from the T800 as part of the feedback submission. This will give the support group a way to review what went on with your T800 and UP05 so they can see if there's a problem noted in the logs or what may have happened at the time(s) you encountered the problem(s).

To download the "device logs", you need to connect to the T800 directly via Wi-FI [via "Connect to dash cam directly" option on the main screen]. Go to the T800 settings section and download the device logs via the link in that section.

After disconnecting from the T800, on the main screen click on the upper left corner icon and that will present the "M-DRIV_xxxxx" app / cloud section. Click on the "Settings" option in that screen. The "APP Settings" screen is now presented. The "Feedback" option is located in the middle of the "APP Settings" screen. In the "Feedback" screen, change the "Feedback type" to "Device Failure". You should see a "Device log" entry on the screen with a "Get logs" clickable link on the right side. Click on the "Get logs" link and it will find on your phone the logs you just downloaded from the T800. Fill out the remainder of the fields and then click on "Submit".

After clicking "Submit", you might want to get a screenshot of the resulting submission info included the feedback ticket number.

Thank you for that information, I will definitely do that in the future if needed.
So far, after the factory reset yesterday around 8PM, it has been working so far.
It is still accessible right now and the battery info shows the orange "flameoff" info.
Hopefully it stays that way.

Thanks again.

So it has happened again a few times after a couple of days working fine each time.
I have to remove the power connection between the 4g hardwire kit and the cam to hard reboot it and then it works normally again for some period.
I just opened a ticket with 70mai and followed the steps to submit the logs, so hopefully they can find the cause.

Just because I have the same issue on a different Model, how is the temperature in your region?
Like for me it worked good, and since it gets colder 5-10minutes after start driving it turns off. And I also dont have any issues with voltage :/

I live in Central Florida, so about 80-90F currently.
I don't think it's an issue with heat, because generally the camera works OK for a few days with at least daily driving.
70Mai support says they think it was a USB connection issue, so I tried to adjust that (even though it seemed to be fully inserted and as secure as it can be) and it hasn't happened in about a week, so I guess we'll see.
