"Deteriorating"

I put a SanDisk Extreme PLUS 32 GB chip, that I had previously in a Swann, in my new 55. After about 3 weeks I got a "Chip is deteriorating message..." So I bought a recommended Transcend 32 GB chip. 3 days later I got the same message. A tiny chip icon appears top middle. Anyone know whats going on?
 
that doesn't match what you have described so far, there is more than one type of card they offer, how about you visit the Transcend website and look up the model you actually have and post details, you can also check the authenticity of the card on the Transcend website by entering the serial number

alternatively post a photo of each side of the card
 
Oh Oh! on their site it doesn't even show the card I bought. I think its best I make sure I buy a recommended card - all features - and try that.
 
Read the software update thread above this one. I've gotten this message a few times as well. My personal opinion is that it is a false reading and they are trying to get it fixed with a software update. Update your software and it will probably stop.
