Difference in color when cold. Is this normal?

Is it normal for the Mobius (C2 lense) to need time to warm up before the color becomes optimal?
Here is a screenshot taken while my truck is warming up this morning.

Within a minute or two, the color warms up and looks much more normal.

guessing it's not real warm there right now, you're possibly below the operating temp of the sensor and/or processor, they'll generate heat though and will get up to temp reasonably quickly, under the circumstances I'd say it's not unexpected

This looks more like the auto-white balance can't find a neutral color. Because of the low light, white snow and blue sky, the camera has trouble adjusting the colors.
You'll have a similar problem in any camera in these conditions.
