I posted this in the VS1 forum but it can be applied to any Viodo cam.
Yoiu park your car. Turn off ignition.
Let's assume you hooked up your cam to an external battery like a P8 or EcoFlow or any other batteries made for dashcam use.
You select time-lapse mode for recording.
Your cam doesn't even have to be in Parking Mode to work in time-lapse?
The cam will use the same power draw as if you were actually in Parking Mode because time-lapse is a recording option regardless of whether it is in Parking Mode or not?
