DVR device bug - please help

Hi all,
I have a bug with my new dvr-207(?) - I dont know the specific model.

Have you tried contacting the seller for a replacement? That would be my first step..

First of all that's not a real DVR 027 or 207 startup screen, it's a clone/fake/whatever.
Cut your losses and move on if you get nothing from the seller. Could be hardware.
