So I had purchased a V2000GS DVR October 2013 and the DVR finally died. No boot and screen is blank. Damaged 2 micro sim cards and want to get it replaced under warranty. E-Prance offers 1 year warranty but they don't respond to my requests via email or ebay messages. I have ebay trying to get them to respond to my warranty request messages. Anyone here have a contact for E-Prance? The original wording from the ebay item description below.
