Hello! I have an e360 cam with the LTE module, and I'm experiencing issues with the remote connection via the app. When trying to connect via LTE, the cam does not connect, and the device wake-up fails. The devices are on the latest firmware. The GPS location also fails via the LTE connection. When I reboot the cam, the features appear to work for a very short time and then fail again once in park mode. I have the Vantrue hardwired to the fuse panel in a 2023 Raptor R. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the LTE connection.
This may be caused by low voltage or a weak LTE signal.
We suggest trying the following:
Adjust the hardwire kit’s low voltage cutoff threshold to 11.6V and see if the remote connection becomes more stable.
Park the vehicle in an area with better LTE signal.
Please let us know the results after making these changes.

Thank you for the reply. I decided to reinstall the 360 firmware (it was already up to date) while in the truck, attached to the LTE module and rear camera. So far, so good! I will continue to monitor and report back if the issues persist. Previously, I was installing the firmware while on the bench, and that did not work too well due to continuous rebooting, presumably caused by power supply issues. Additionally, it is worth noting that after initially reinstalling the 360 firmware without the rear camera attached, the rear camera did not function correctly, displaying purple and green vertical lines. However, updating the firmware again with all modules attached appeared to resolve the issue.

Glad to hear the issue is resolved! When updating the firmware for the E360 ACE, please make sure the rear camera is also connected during the update process.
