Price is tempting but I doubt NT96650 can provide stable 1080p + 720 both channels 30Fps / 15Mbps

It is based on Allwinner chip, now many dual lens camera use use Allwinner A10 chip, the back lens can support 720P.

I'd suspect A10 also, there is a new dual channel solution coming from Novatek but not out as yet
