F770 Battery Replacement - ive lost the traces

Hi all - Im no soldering ninja that is a fact - but i have no contacts on the board to solder to after trying to give this a go

Gutted - its been a decent camera - is there any way back for it - or time to bin do you think?

Im not sure what functionality gets lost because of the no battery but assume its GPS related? Ive plugged in - its still works and says continuous recording started but not checked the actual recordings yet

Any advice welcome - Im liking the look of the U3000 but obviously not the damn price!

Hello, have you tried to use another MicroSD card?

yeh that was the first thing I tried - looking at the forum the battery probably needed replacing hence trying that after the mem card was changed
