Hi guys, should all the files are in one minutes long? coz when i do the playback or download it fm the cam some files are only have 3 sec and is not recording continuously. will it be the cam hardware problem or the setting is incorrect?

Could they be clips from you getting into your car, letting the cam start and then getting out of your car right after the cam starts recording, forcing it to power down?
Perhaps during setup?
Are the clips 3 seconds of you driving or what are the clips of?
Other than that, I'd say it's either power or time to format the SD card and flash the latest software on.

Thx! I know what’s going on and is fixed, it went to car accident files! It can happen if the suspension is too stiff!
