FineVu CR-2i FullHD 2CH dual-channel recorder FullHD+HD

The Korean manufacturer FineDigital preparing to release dual-channel DVR FineVu CR-2i Full HD 2CH with the ability to record Full HD video (1920x1080) for each channel. More detailed specifications of the model are unknown. New products will be available by the end of August 2013, and the cost of this model will be around $ 320-330 dollars.

First CR02i available to buy in Korea, but there are some bad news for those who expected that it will have both cameras FullHD.
Acutally front camera is 1080p / 24fps ( Sony Exmor ), rear is 720p / 15fps ( not Sony Exmor ), - so this is disappointing news for me personally. I was expecting both cameras to be FullHD as it was originally stated in that article.

After doing few more researches and trying to understand Korean language, I assume that it records single front camera 1080p / 24fps, but if front + back, then both records 720p / 30fps at 7.1Mbps which is NO-NO for modern age dash cameras.

You are talking about two different model. There two models CR-2i - HD-HD it is discontinued now and new model CR-2i Full HD, where front camera Full-HD 25 fps and rear - HD 15 fps

You right. By this time CR-2i HD-HD, - it was short time "out there". Probably they realised quickly that its not practical and demand will be on FullHD front + HD rear, but still FPS and Bit Rate on new model is not attracktive ( at least not for me ).
