Firmware 1.17 WDR Low light

Did a test run with this tonight: lots of lens flare, repeated frames, noise and light flickering.

Looking forward to it working though as even with my "Dinky" lights it was really impressive in the dark.

 
Nice video, however I don't know if you are aware, but you will need to switch Low Light off for daytime otherwise everything will be overexposed.
 
Yeah I'm aware, its actually really buggy footage so I've gone back to normal wdr with exposure at +2.

Okay. I'm currently using WDR on and am getting normal video day and night. Hopefully they fix the low light setting in the future because it seems the concept could be very useful.
 
Night footage will look better with headlights I guess :)

That is true. Even headlight quality makes a difference. I remember my car before I retrofitted HID projectors into it barely lit up the road at all with the wimpy halogens.
