Firmware update failure

hello
I just purchased a 70mai a810 and installed last week.
this morning it tells me to update si.
during the process of updating firmware on camera from telephone, the update failed. now camera is off, screen is black, cannot turn on.
Can someone help me ?

Hi @lisabon_Q3 I'm trying to download the firmware from the link you shared but looks like you stopped sharing it. can you please share it with me.

My dashcam suck at boot loop and I want trying installing new firmware for troubleshooting

Spoiler: how to

1. Format the memory card in FAT32.
2. Turn off the power, remove the memory card and insert it into the card reader of your PC or connect the recorder to the PC with a data cable.
3. Extract the firmware from the archive and copy the FW98529A file.bin to the root of the memory card.
4. Insert the memory card with the firmware into the A810, hold down the rightmost button (with the screen facing you) and the power button on the side. That is, hold the 2 buttons and connect the Type-C power cord. Use a standard battery or another one with at least 2 Amps! Do not flash from a USB computer!. The A810 will turn on and install the firmware, after which it will reboot itself. There will be no voice alerts. The main thing is not to turn off the power.
5. After the firmware, the A810 will turn on. The firmware is complete.
