Firmware update

Please advise how to.
My unit came with v1.17. Would like to upgrade to v2.18. for card compatibility before I buy new cards.
Manual PDF just says " Use msetup (Tools) to automatically update the firmware."
Can someone give me a step by step?

msetup has instructions and tooltips, have you tried it yet?

This section contains a thread with all the info you are likely to need

1. say "Thank you" to @Isoprop
2. go to http://www.mytempfiles.info/mobius/
3. download http://www.mytempfiles.info/mobius/mSetup.zip
4. extract wherever you want mSetup.exe from the zip
5. run mSetup.exe
6. connect Mobius to the computer
7. everything else is in the mSetup interface/help
8. say again "Thank you" to @Isoprop

couldn't really say it better after just getting one myself recently.

I guess I'll have to get into msetup.exe to tools and go from there.
I was hoping to read about it first before I do the actual upgrade.
Will play around with v1.17 for a few days to get the feel before upgrading to v2.18.

Don't worry, you can't really broke anything using the tool, it's very foolproof. Just follow the instructions and everything will be ok.
