I noticed some cars feed constant 12V to power outlets (Ford and other US makers). So if you have Dash camera plugged into it - it will never stop and most likely drain battery. Plugging/unplugging every time was not a lot of fun. Plus, I did not like Dash cam power adapter to occupy power outlet anyway. Googling did not help, but I found some info about fuses:
Passenger side kick panel:
• # 22 fuse - 10 Amp - both radio delayed accessory feed and Navigation radio (EHAM) antenna amplifier.. (right top corner).

Right above it appears to be wire connector for radio/gps and pin #13, top left of the connector was the wire (Pink with Brown stripe) Relay #2 and Fuse #22 feeds. So now I set up internal hidden 12V outlet with switchable 12V and plugged my dash cam power adapter to it and tack it in the space below fuse box. Finding the wire is not simple, but I found it after few attempts only. Just to make sure, I removed fuse # 22 and this wire lost 12V on it when ignition key was in ACC position.
