Was not sure if this was widely known but I found a rear view mirror mount that actually works for the Mobius. Been told you can use the handle bar mount that the vendor sells but you don't get the angle with it. This mount had a extra 360 degree ball joint

See youtube video here: (skip to 2.00 mins)

The end of the video shows it mounted

I think this is the ebay seller:

Was this already known? Just wondered as I have not seen pictures of a Mobius being mounted on a rearview mirror to date

Thinking.. Would this one work??

If you type bicycle camera mount there's 1000's that come up, it's just finding one with the correct angled ball joint

Seems like a great idea.
From what i'm seeing in the pics, the diameter of the clamp maybe too big? for your normal rear vision mirror arm even when it's closed/clamped tight.
Then again, you could always add rubber strips inside the clamp until it fits your rear vision mirror arm.
I could be wrong, but I think murcod did the first rear vision mirror mount in this thread >http://dashcamtalk.com/forum/threads/mobius-mounting-solutions.2654/ .

I couldnt find any pictures in that thread of a Mobius being mounted on the rear view mirror?

Your right, certain mirrors it will not clamp onto, mine is quite thick though as it carried wiring for the anti glare, so would be ok for me.

Out of the 3 posted i was tempted tp try this one though:

It looks smaller and is all black, not sure if it has the angles though? What does everyone think?

Just to confirm, i will purchase this one and give it a test:

No big deal if it doesnt work as only cheap, i dont see why it should not though

Now got to wait 2-3 weeks :(

Seems like the base cannot turn?
Looking at the pics,I can see you can adjust your camera in an arc only?
But hey, whatever suits your needs mate:cool:.

Seconds thought, im going to leave it. Received my right angle adaptor today. Has given me so much space to work with, i would not benefit from this

Since the mobius is smart enough to use a standard photography mount any 5/8" stud with 1/4"-20 threaded top will work out of the box and others will work with adapters.

Thats what I like about the mobius, so many smart decisions, and they keep coming :)
