fps, bit rate, image quality ?

Hi All.

A question for those more knowledgeable about video.

In normal mode, my front camera records 30fps and saves at about 7400kbps. File size is about 55MB for 1 minute.
In parking mode, my front camera records 15fps and saves at about 7400kbps. File size is about 55MB for 1 minute.

Similar differences for the rear camera.

Would this mean that images recorded in parking mode are higher quality than images recorded in normal mode?

might be better for low light, may also be a bit easier on the processor, heat has always been a problem for Blackvue and temps can very often be higher when parked so it probably helps in that respect also
