G-sensor and file locking even with G sensor and parking mode switched off

Hi, Guys,

Long time Viofo user but this is a new unit and my viofo makes the 3 beeps and locks the file randomly. I have double checked that the g sensor is off and the parking modes are off. Any suggestions?

Try turning off voice control.

I got the cam few days ago and notice the same problem. It is a straight highway without pothole so definitely not related to g force. I’m turning off voice control to see if problem continues
